Construction Site Manager - Northampton
Our client, a respected and well-established turnkey services contractor in the construction industry, is looking for a skilled and driven Site Manager to join their team in Northampton.
Specializing in a range of services from M&E to fit-out, they work with high-profile blue-chip clients, offering exciting opportunities for career growth and development.
The ideal Site Manager will have/be:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing commercial construction projects and overseeing their successful completion.
- Strong knowledge and experience in reviewing and submitting permits, RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), and conducting safety inductions, including toolbox talks.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Office, to ensure smooth project management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to paperwork and documentation.
Certificates & checks required:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
- Financial Check
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Northampton
- Hours: 7am to 4pm (9hrs)
- Salary: 60k PAYE
