Salary: - £90,000 - £110,000 (Car Allowance + Discretional Bonus + Benefits)

The Resolute Group are working in partnership with an established Tier 2 Infrastructure contractor that are growing within their operational department and looking for a Contract Manager. Within this position, the Contracts Manager will provide assistant organising projects, ensuring safety and budget requirements are met to standard.

Contract Manager Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of site management on your sites, regularly visiting to inspect, offer support and adherence to agreed program/ quality and building regulations.
  • Liaise with client's staff to provide effective delivery of projects and develop long lasting relationships.
  • Arrange adequate resources for project delivery, safety and standards of work.
  • Monitor safety, liaising with others (Directors / SHE team, site staff as required).

Contract Manager Essential Requirements:

  • HNC or Degree in civil engineering or structural engineering, construction management or project management (Desirable).
  • Resource Programme planning. Tender Review. Ability to review monthly Cost Value reports.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Clean driving licence.
