- Managing and delivering construction/civils projects efficiently and profitably
- Developing project plans, schedules, and valuations
- Coordinating with staff, subcontractors, and customers to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to project plans
- Communicating project variations to the company Quantity Surveyor
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where needed
- Motivating and leading teams to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction/civils sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive projects forward
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, and compliance
- Proficiency in IT software and project management tools
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes full ownership of their work
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Due to the nature of the role you will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
- A relevant qualification in construction (BSc in Construction Management, HNC/HND)
- Completion of Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS or SSSTS)
- NEBOSH diploma or IOSH certificate
