Our client, a Construction Consultancy with offices in Northampton, Bristol, and Birmingham, is looking for a Project Manager due to ongoing growth. The role will primarily focus on commercial projects, including industrial units and buildings in the education and leisure sectors. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager and hold a relevant Construction Management degree. The salary for this position ranges from £35k to £55k, depending on experience, along with various benefits such as a car allowance, private healthcare, and flexible working options. This is a permanent position based in Northampton, offering excellent opportunities for career progression.

Our client, a Construction Consultancy based in Northampton, Bristol and Birmingham are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth and a busy work stream. The Project Manager will be based from their Northampton office, working in the commercial sector predominantly on industrial units and commercial buildings. In addition to projects in the education and leisure sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the projects, operating client side and will liaise with the client, contractor and cost management team.
