Orion Electrotech are working with an innovative building management systems (BMS) company, designed to enhance the efficiency, comfort, and sustainability of commercial and residential buildings. They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional service to our clients. They are looking for a skilled and dedicated Panel Wireman to join their dynamic team.
Panel Wireman: They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Panel Wireman to assemble, wire, and install control panels for our building management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical wiring and panel assembly, with a keen eye for accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build up and wire control panels for BMS control systems. These systems will include components such as MCB’s/fuses, contactors and overloads, relays, terminals, trunking and wiring.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Recognise if electrical components are/are not sized correctly to meet electrical loadings detailed on wiring schematics.
- Ensure all wiring and installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Panel Wireman Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Wireman.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, panel assembly, and control systems.
- Bespoke wireman experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations related to electrical work.
