Job Role: Learning & Development Trainer

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 plus £3,000 car allowance

Travel: Once a month 3 days onsite at the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds, roughly once a month in a main Reed office to deliver in person training, then around once a quarter 2 days in our Northampton office. Ad hoc in other Reed offices for in person training.

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

What is the role? For this role you will be delivering the in-person induction training to all new Recruitment Consultants joining Reed from our Reed Business School in the Cotwolds. The inductions run around once per month for 3 days and you will then be providing feedback sessions. Alongside this, you will also run in person training sessions from our main Reed offices such as Northampton, London, Birmingham and Manchester around once per month. You will also support and run a 2-day training session in our Northampton head office once a quarter. The rest of your week will involve projects.

Who would suit this role? We are ideally looking for experienced agency recruiters who can demonstrate a proven track record of successful billings. We want you to be able to lead by example through imparting your own knowledge and experience in the role of a recruiter, to new recruiters within the business. We would also be open to conversations with anyone else who feels they have relevant knowledge and experience for the role.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills, credibility when liaising with internal stakeholders, ideally have experience of facilitating learning and be able to demonstrate a proactive and dedicated approach to your work.

Things to note? You will sometimes be required to do overnight stays to deliver training, but you will receive time back in lieu.
