As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be the driving force behind hiring the best talent, working closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies. You'll be at the heart of the business, building relationships, sourcing top-tier candidates, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
Own the recruitment process - manage vacancies from start to finish, ensuring quality hires.
Build strong partnerships - collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
Get out and about - visit sites, engage with teams, and create tailored recruitment plans.
Use your sourcing skills - leverage online platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify the best candidates.
Lead the candidate journey - screen CVs, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process with a first-class experience.
Keep hiring managers informed - provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
Strengthen employer brand - write engaging job adverts, promote opportunities, and enhance visibility.
Train and support - coach hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
Stay ahead of the game - use data, market mapping, and salary bench marking to inform hiring decisions.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in recruitment (in-house)
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Strong sourcing and direct recruitment expertise across various channels
Proficiency in MS Office.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Full UK Driving Licence (for site visits as required)
