Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a great new opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal at a well established law firm. They are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join their residential conveyancing team.
Conveyancing Paralegal responsibilities:
- Undertaking all functions and responsibilities within a conveyancing sale transaction
- Handling administration and progression of purchase transactions
- Ensure the case management system is up to date
- Dealing with client queries
- Fulfil office administration duties such as post, filing etc
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Conveyancing Paralegal experience
- Knowledge of the conveyancing life cycle including post completion
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written, numeracy and oral communication skills
- IT literate including knowledge of Microsoft packages
