We're looking for an energetic, driven Creative Coordinator to join a dynamic, fun-loving team of in-house creatives, stylists, photographers, hair and make-up artists, and more-working together to bring fresh, high-quality imagery to life across multiple brands.

This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of all creative output. You'll be at the heart of it all, collaborating with a talented group of people to deliver standout content that aligns with the brands creative direction and the latest trends.

Creative Brief Management & Photography Production

  • Interpret & Deliver Creative Briefs: Collaborate closely with managers, creative leads, and cross-functional teams to understand and execute multiple creative briefs per week, ensuring alignment with brand principles, creative direction, and business objectives.

  • Coordinate Photography Shoots: Oversee the seamless execution of all photoshoots, both in-studio and on-location, working with photographers, videographers, and producers to bring creative concepts to life. Ensure all logistics, from talent and locations to equipment and props, are in place and meet deadlines.

  • Production Support: Assist the Creative Manager in the planning, organization, and management of shoots, including booking travel, freelancers, equipment, and coordinating with external agencies. Provide on-set support to ensure shoots run smoothly, including quality control, shot selection, and post-production grading.

  • Creative Resource Management: Source, coordinate, and organize props, materials, and products to meet creative briefs. Ensure all items, including photography and styling kits, are prepared, packed, and stored in an orderly fashion.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster effective communication between all departments to maintain alignment on creative vision and deliver high-quality, on-brand imagery. Actively participate in creative brainstorms, contributing innovative ideas for shoots, campaigns, and other visual projects.

  • Trend & Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, aesthetic shifts, and social movements through platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and competitor campaigns. Share insights with the team to inspire fresh, relevant approaches to photography.

  • Creative Budget Management: Track and manage creative production budgets, ensuring all expenses are within scope while maintaining the quality of the final product.

  • Scheduling & Administrative Support: Keep shoot schedules updated, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as freelancers and location agencies. Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Global Production Support: Assist with the planning and logistics of international photoshoots, including travel coordination and securing permits. Build and maintain relationships with global producers and agencies to ensure smooth operations across locations.

  • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel to external photo studios and on-location shoots, including potential international travel, with a valid driving license and passport.
