FRS are currently recruiting a Credit Controller for our client based in Northampton. This role is office based.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000+ DOEHoliday entitlement: 23 + 8 bank holidays
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain and build relationships with customers to ensure collection objectives are met.
- Deal with customer queries to resolution
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of queries
- Monitor customer accounts and collect debts via telephone, email and letter communications
- Prepare reports to highlight issues (eg over trading, accounts at risk) to management
- Escalate issues as appropriate to the Divisional Credit Manager
- Act as local point of contact for all matters relating to collections and credit management.
- Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role

- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
- Management of a varied workload within a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication skills
- Deep understanding of business principles and practices
- Leadership skills and experience
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
