Apprentice Customer Service Advisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing team based on Moulton Park.

You will be studying on the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship as well as full "on the job" training within a great team.

Hybrid working is offered once you’re fully up to speed.

The client is a not-for-profit business in the services sector with over 60,000 members. You will be working as part of a team and will learn tasks such as:

  • Providing excellent customer services to members.
  • Developing an understanding of member requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Building strong business relationships.
  • Updating the in-house CRM system.
  • Booking appointments on the in-house diary system.
  • Sending out certificates, copy invoices and orders.
  • Providing account management for all centres both in the UK and globally.

Ideally you should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You should have IT skills, be organised and keen to learn. You will be working within a small team so must be a strong team player and team fit is key.
