Our client is a well-established organisation located in Northampton, experiencing significant growth and now looking for a superstar customer service professional to join their operations team.

This role requires someone who will be completely invested in providing first class customer service to all clients and offering a completer finisher quality to everything they approach.

The role is office based and offers the opportunity to join a family feel environment, where the team work together to deliver the best customer experience.

Key duties will include:

  • Responding to account holder query emails, by investigating thoroughly through to successful conclusion
  • Providing basic technical support
  • Managing all email queries using ticketing system
  • Supporting the processing of account holder applications
  • Providing sales advice to new account applicants

The successful candidate will have:

  • A confident and friendly telephone manner, with good relationship building skills
  • First class communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent IT & Administration skills
  • The desire to work within a friendly office team
