As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, emails, online inquiries, and social media interactions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all customer issues are resolved professionally and courteously. You will coordinate with colleagues to maintain continuous telephone cover throughout the day and arrange inspections for remedial inquiries when necessary.

Your efforts will ensure that all works are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. You will also communicate with the Head of Department to ensure that all issues are addressed by the appropriate person.
