About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Northampton. This is a full-time temporary role, offering a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You'll be part of a supportive team, and no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally
Ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care and respect
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Updating customer records and processing requests
Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable
A team player with the ability to work independently
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts within the operating hours (8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday)
