Role: Customer Service Representative – Temp to Perm
Location:Â Northampton
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Shifts available - Can work either of the following:
7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 11am to 7pmÂ
Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour - dependant on experience

Duties of a Customer Service Representative
- Monitoring and updating customer records
- Advising customers on products and upselling
- Managing inbound and outbound calls for customers and clients.
- Addressing complaints effectively
- Coordinating with the warehouse team
- Assisting in the trade centre to cover for holiday and sickness
- Placing orders
- Working closely with the Management and Sales team to ensure customer interactions are handled in a timely manner.
What we would like from you:
- Highly motivated and focused individual
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
