Customer Support Administrator

They’re looking for a skilled Customer Support Administrator to join their growing team.

You’ll be working with prestigious food manufacturers, retailers and consumers in this varied role covering customer support, quality systems and testing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Logging, investigating and resolving customer issues.
  • Trending complaints to establish patterns and working with site management to resolve with suppliers.
  • Answering retailer queries through online portals.
  • Assisting with internal auditing relating to food products, raising and investigating of non-conformances.
  • Completing product checks ensuring that packaging information and specifications are up to date and correct.
  • Attending in-house forums to continue to understand existing and new products.
  • Supporting the NPD Manager with taste and quality checks of products.
  • Ensuring systems are followed to allow for the supply of safe, legally compliant and quality food products.

You must have excellent administration, customer service, communication, attention to detail and organisation skills as this is a fast paced role. You should be willing to learn and pick up new skills quickly with a passion to understand the industry and processes. If you have experience in food safety and have an HACCP qualification that would be desirable but not essential.
