Customer Support Advisor
Our client, an award-winning membership body, is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team.
The role is offered on either a full or part time basis (around 30 hours per week), with hybrid working and the opportunity for career progression.
You will be working as part of a small team offering both pro-active and reactive advice and guidance to a global membership base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email.
- Booking appointments and annual audits.
- Requesting both purchase orders and invoices and updating the database.
- Offering advice and guidance to customers.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Provide account management to sites around the UK and globally.
- Liaise and assist with visits from UK and International customers.
- Ensure that all customer information is up to date and accurate.
You should have at least 1-2 years’ previous administration or customer service experience, have excellent communication skills and be keen to learn.
