  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team based in Germany, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and feedback, while assisting in document translation.
  • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and smooth service execution.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay key insights to the management team.
What we are looking for:
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (language proficiency will be assessed).
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
