- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
- Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team based in Germany, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and feedback, while assisting in document translation.
- Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and smooth service execution.
- Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay key insights to the management team.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (language proficiency will be assessed).
- Previous customer service experience
