Salary: £28,000 per annum. Plus company profit share scheme
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. Based from their Head Office in Northampton, they’ve been servicing the UK for over 35 years. You’ll be joining a small Customer Service - Account Management team, working in a buddy system alongside a Field Sales Representative. This is not a sales role. However, you’ll be expected to send quotes to customers and follow up on these customers to check-in.
Summary of role:Working alongside the field based Sales Representative, you’ll support them with all office based administration and customer service support. Including:• Answering inbound calls coming into the office and making outbound calls to customers, mainly if requested by your customer• Account management of a selection of existing customers• Providing quotes to new and existing customers• Answering enquiries re: product orders and delivery updates• Arranging for product samples to be sent to customers• Updating company CRM with relevant information and updates• Processing orders through their company portal (preferred method), as well as processing via email• Arranging return products for customers• Managing backorders and lead times
