Job Title: Service Team Leader

I am currently working with a fantastic Supported Living and Domiciliary Care Organsation that has been supporting adults with Learning Disabilities to live in their own homes since 2002.
Spread across the heart of Northamptonshire, in Kettering, Corby, Raunds and Wellingborough, housing over fifty customers.
The Service Team Leader plays an integral part of the management team. Being responsible for the line management of the support workers who are appointed to each property.
This role requires you to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You will be office based and within the services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Line Management:** Provide direct line management to the support workers, ensuring they have the guidance and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- **Training Standards:** Ensure all support workers adhere to established training standards, facilitating ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
- **Appraisals and Supervision:** Conduct regular appraisals and supervision sessions with the support workers providing constructive feedback and setting performance goals.
- **Property Visits:** Regularly visit properties to support customers and staff, and respond to any events or situations that arise.
- **Office-Property Link:** Serve as the primary link between the office and the properties, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance and development of the support workers.
To be successful within this role we would love you to have the following attributes;
- Be a Driver
- Hold your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a support or service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to conduct effective appraisals and supervision sessions.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools.
For your hard work and dedication, you will be paid a salary of 23,650 to 26,000, you will have 5.6 weeks of holiday plus the 8 bank holidays and in-house training as well CPD training to enable you to become part of the management team.
