Reliability Engineer with an electrical bias required for a leading name within the beverage industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a great reputation who can offer ongoing training and career development. The successful candidate will play an integral role in developing processes as the company develop long-term growth plans.
This role would suit an electrically biased engineer from any process driven background. You will need previously experience working with and understanding lean methodologies and will hold a HNC (or equivalent).
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for managing CAPEX projects on site and will ensure preventative maintenance processes are implemented.
The Reliability Engineer Role:
· Management of the delivery of improvement projects (including capital)
· Using methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), and ensuring they are standardised
· Identify and plan improvement projects
· Involved in the production of CAPEX approval requests where required
· Review maintenance processes
The Reliability Engineer Candidate:
· Electrically biased engineer
· Hold a HNC (or equivalent)
· Experience in a process environment – manufacturing or similar
· Understanding on lean methodology
· Analytical experience to drive engineering solutions
