Having delivered creative and digital marketing solutions across the UK for over 20 years, the team is now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience across the following:

  • SEO, SEM, AEO
  • Search ads / Paid media
  • Content writing
  • Social media (organic and paid)
  • Campaign reporting

If you're feeling stuck in a role with no room to grow and you're craving the buzz of an agency environment (with the flexibility of both home and office-based working), this could be your next move. The team is friendly, experienced, and passionate - and they're looking for someone who's just as excited to work across a variety of client accounts.

You'll already be confident with creating and managing ad campaigns, including bid management, and know how to optimise for continual performance improvement.

You'll also bring a solid understanding of SEO and AEO - including schema markup - and know how to turn technical insights into real-world results for digital assets.

Ideally, your skill set will include:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (MCC), Google Analytics, and customer insight tools
  • Proven ability to run paid media across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Bing (lead gen-focused)
  • Strong SEO knowledge - On Page, Off Page, and AEO
  • At least 1-2 years of commercial experience in a digital marketing role
  • Confidence with search, display, and retargeting strategies
  • Great writing and communication skills - you'll contribute to meetings and client conversations
  • Experience setting up PPC health checks, prospect analysis, and campaign trials
  • Understanding of Programmatic Display, Retargeting, Tag Management, and conversion tools
  • Google certification (a bonus!)

What's on offer?

  • A hybrid WFH/office setup with dedicated team days
  • A permanent, full-time role with a tailored Personal Development Plan
  • Personal career development budget
  • Access to the company bonus scheme (after probation)
  • 25 days annual leave
  • A collaborative team of marketers, designers, and developers
  • Competitive salary depending on experience

If this sounds like your kind of role and you've got most of the skills mentioned, click APPLY to send in your CV. They'd love to hear about the campaigns you've delivered, how you've driven ROI and ROAS, and where you want to take your career next.
