We’re partnering with a well-established and highly regarded large format print and graphics specialist in Northampton. Known for delivering exceptional quality across a wide range of print solutions, this company is looking for a versatile and skilled production professional to join their team.

This is a permanent, day-shift role, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced large format operative to step away from shift work and join a dynamic, friendly environment that values work-life balance.

There are two vacancies available, one of each on the following shift pattern:

06.30am – 3pm Monday - Friday
10am – 6.30pm Monday - Thursday
8am – 4.30pm Friday

The Role:

• Operate a variety of industry-leading print and finishing equipment, including EFI Vutek printers, Kongsberg cutting tables, liquid laminators, sewing/stitching, eyeleting, and more.
• Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards while maximising efficiency and adhering to production procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues across the production team to coordinate handovers and address any arising issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Assist with the preparation of goods for dispatch.
• Accurately complete relevant documentation, including role-related KPIs and worksheets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in both printing and finishing within the large format industry.
• Flexible with a proactive and positive approach to work.
• Seeking stability, with a preference for a permanent day shift pattern.

Salary & Benefits:

A generous salary up to £30,000 is on offer for this person based on experience, 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, free onsite parking, opportunities for growth within a forward-thinking company.
