- Inventory Management: Track, organise, and manage automotive parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Customer Assistance: Support customers by providing information on available parts, pricing, and availability.
- Order Processing: Handle orders efficiently, ensuring quick and accurate service for workshop and retail customers.
- Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to source and order required parts as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of parts inventory, orders, and transactions.
- Training and Development: Participate in training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Background in the automotive industry preferred
