Early Education Advisor

Working Arrangement: Onsite

Our client is looking for an experienced Early Education and Childcare Advisor to join their team and offer expert support to early years providers. You will provide guidance, advice, and challenge to ensure that all children, especially vulnerable groups, have the opportunity to thrive in early education and childcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support to early years providers, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and best practices in child development
  • Challenge and assist leaders and managers in early years settings to improve the quality of provision and raise children’s achievements
  • Analyse, monitor, and assess the quality of practice and provision in settings as part of the Early Education and Childcare quality improvement process

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of early years sector, child development, and best practices
  • Strong experience in supporting and challenging early years providers to improve outcomes for children
