Role: Teaching Assistant 

Location: Northampton 

Start Date: ASAP 

Salary: £85 - £100 per day 

Contract: Full Time 

We are currently working with a secondary school based around the Northampton area, supporting them recruit an experienced SEND teaching assistant. The role is due to start in the coming weeks. 

Key Responsibilities:• Provide tailored support to students during lessons and activities.• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.• Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individual learning plans/ EHCPs• Help students develop social skills and independence.• Communicate effectively with the student, parents, and educational staff.Requirements:• Professional experience working with and supporting children.• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.• Ability to provide personal care with sensitivity and respect.• Patience and resilience in challenging situations.• Relevant qualifications in childcare or special education (preferred).• Be able to provide 24 months’ worth of references• A valid DBS check (if you do not have one, we can support you with your application).
