Role Overview: Overseeing the Personal Development and Enrichment program and its sessions with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach other Personal Development Tutors in delivering group style sessions
Review and support the improvement of resources to the program
Ensure communication is distributed, logged and uploaded to college systems
Organise induction schedule for all new Personal Development staff
Create, develop and review a mentoring programme for all new Personal Development staff
Complete regular audits to ensure a high quality student experience is maintained.
The ideal candidate would previous experience within a coaching/mentoring position of staff, including presenting of various programs on a regular basis
Salary: 27,000 - 30,000
