We are a dynamic M&E Contractor based in Northampton, specializing in commercial, industrial, and education sectors, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates for electrical projects in commercial, industrial, and educational sectors.
- Review and interpret specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
- Price materials, labor, and equipment for projects up to 2m.
- Work closely with the project management and procurement teams to ensure accurate project costing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and estimating processes for commercial, industrial, and education sectors.
- Ability to work on projects up to 2m in value.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office.
