Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Facilities Management Midlands
I am working with a leading FM company who are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their team and cover one of their Healthcare contracts.

Job Specification:
- Repair and Maintenance to Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC systems in Plantroom areas across Healthcare Facilities.
- PPMs, Reactive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs
- Emergency Light Testing, Fire Alarm Testing, HVAC Maintenance; AHU Filter Changes, FCU Maintenance etc.
- Using BMS Management Systems to diagnose faults
- Completing E-logs, arranging quotes, ordering materials etc.
Salary & Package:
- £37,000.00 Per Annum
- Monday-Friday | 08:00-17:00 (Core Hours, Flexible)

- OOHs PPMs required at some weekends (Around 1 every 4 weeks - 1.5x Saturday and 2x Sunday rates apply)
- Further Training and Progression provided
The Person:
- Electrical Qualification Required
- 18th Edition - Desirable
- Demonstrate Strong Communication and People Skills due to client facing role.
- Career driven, looking for next step in career ladder.
- Smart and presentable
- Ex-forces considered.
