What You'll Be Doing:
* Creating, reviewing & maintaining product specifications for major retailers
* Ensuring all product labels, packaging & ingredients meet legal & customer requirements
* Managing customer portals & updating specifications with accuracy & speed
* Conducting allergen, nutritional & ingredient checks for full compliance
* Working cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, and Production teams
About you:
* Experience in a similar role in the produce industry
* Customer specification experience
