Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our client in maintaining the smooth operation of their electrical systems. This role is vital for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of equipment within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in machinery and plant equipment.
- Conduct electrical testing and inspections in line with regulations and safety standards.
- Work closely with other maintenance and operations teams to ensure continuous production.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and fault-finding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
