Sonic Summary

We are looking for a skilled electrician to work on void social housing properties in Northamptonshire.
This is a full-time, temporary contract with no end date, offering a competitive pay rate of £25 per hour, plus additional call-out and standby pay.
Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation, an 18th Edition certificate, and a 2391 Testing and Inspecting certification.
The role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and asbestos awareness is desirable but not mandatory.
This position provides a company van and emphasizes the importance of completing work to a high standard in compliance with regulations.

We do not pay CIS. Key Responsibilities:

Working on void social housing properties
Performing rewires, fault-finding, testing, and inspecting
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations
Working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications and Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
18th Edition certificate
2391 Testing and Inspecting certification
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Asbestos awareness is desirable, but eagerness to learn is essential.
