Then we have an exciting opportunity available for you! Impact Recruitment are recruiting for multiple Production and Assembly Operatives to join our client on a Temp to Perm basis. This is a role that provided excellent progression with the opportunity to develop skills.
Location: Northampton NN1
Shift: Monday-Thursday 07:30am-16:30pm, Friday 07:30am-12:30pm
Pay Rate: 11.44 per hour
Duties:
- Operating industrial machinery
- Manually putting parts together
- Using hand tools/equipment
- Working closely with various teams
- Quality control and quality checking
The ideal candidate must:
- Display a desire to learn about the industry
- Be able to regularly commute to work each day
- Have proven work experience in a production
- Be able to consistently hit production KPI's
- Show a positive & friendly attitude to work
- Happy to work with machinery
