**What You Will Do:**
- Lead projects and design system architecture for new audio products, from initial concept through to production and post-production maintenance.
- Conduct thorough research and development across the full lifecycle of assigned projects.
- Innovate and contribute design ideas to advance the company's technology.
- Build and test electronic prototypes, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with UK and overseas teams, sharing insights and project updates.
- Support the R&D department with technical activities, with potential for exciting overseas travel to broaden your experience.
**What You Will Bring:**
- A degree in electronics or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in electronic design, with a preference for those skilled in audio electronics.
- Proficiency in working with ADC/DAC, Op-amps, high-speed digital electronics, microcontrollers, and DSPs.
- Experience in PCB layout and design.
- A creative and analytical mindset, with excellent communication skills. Being a guitar or bass player is a plus!
