The Role
As a Service Engineer, you will travel throughout the UK and be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of our clients products, ensuring customer satisfaction at each site. You'll also provide training to clients on the operation of the equipment. Some prior experience with instrumentation or calibration is a must, but extensive training is provided so junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
This role is a roughly equal split between working from the company's workshop near Northampton and client sites, with overnight stays sometimes required.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have:

A strong background in engineering or electronics, ideally in a service engineer role

Background in instrumentation or calibration (experience in roles such as gas detection or petroleum industries a plus)

Flexibility to stay away from home during the week

A full driving licence is essential
