Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive/motorsport wiring systems, with expertise in the test and development of wire harnesses and looms. You will play a key role in leading and mentoring other technicians, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, assemble, and test complex wire harnesses and looms for automotive and motorsport applications.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, providing effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
