Interim Head of Talent & Development Global PE-Backed GroupLocation: Home-based (1 day per week in London)Contract: 4-6 months, FTC or day rateFlexibility: Open to 4 days per weekThe OpportunityA fast-growing, PE-backed organisation is seeking an Interim Head of Talent & Development to build organisational capability and lead leadership development, with a particular focus on sales and commercial functions.This critical role will focus on creating efficiency and consistency across multiple businesses within the group, operating globally. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you'll play a pivotal part in aligning talent and development practices to support the organisation's ambitious growth targets over the next five years.About the OrganisationThis organisation operates across various industries, specialising in the delivery of bespoke, modular solutions for diverse sectors.Having experienced steady global growth over the past several years, the business is now entering an exciting new phase under private equity ownership. With ambitious profitability targets, the focus is on integration and standardisation across its multiple entities to deliver operational excellence at scale.The RoleThis interim position is designed to have both immediate and long-term impact. Key priorities include:Designing and implementing a leadership development programme tailored to the needs of sales and commercial teams.Building capability and aligning talent development practices to ensure consistency across the group.Supporting the integration of multiple entities by introducing a unified approach to talent and development.You'll work closely with global stakeholders while being predominantly home-based.
