We are proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation, who are looking to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Northamptonshire, with a salary of £43,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or employee relations, and be CIPD L5 qualified.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues across the business
  • Supporting the Group Head of HR and Operations Director in all employee relations matters, working closely with the Operations and Group HR team
  • Providing advice and guidance on company policies, procedures and employment laws
  • Mediating disputes between employees or between employees and management
  • Ensuring organisational compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Developing, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Conducting investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, or violations of company policies
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing employee relations and the working environment

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or employee relations
  • Proven track record of managing workplace conflicts and conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
