- Develop and oversee project budgets and cost plans
- Conduct risk and value assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare and evaluate quotations to ensure competitive and cost-effective pricing
- Collaborate daily with operational and commercial teams
- Take full ownership of costing for quotations and tender submissions
- Proven experience in a similar estimating role
- Background in UK cost management, consultancy, or main contractor projects
- Experience with refurbishment projects is beneficial
- A full UK driving license
