This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to become part of an extremely successful and leading sustainability consultancy working from a fully remote position. If you have experience as an Overheating Assessor, or with Part O please read below.

Job responsibilities of the Overheating Assessor:

  • Producing overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments
  • Being involved in energy assessments and modelling
  • Consulting on building design to comply with part L

The ideal Overheating Assessor will have:

  • Have experience in a similar job using IES, TM52 and TM59
  • Computer literacy skills
  • A confident and motivated personality
