Job Description: 360 Operator/ Assistant Engineer - Renewables Division
We are looking for a 360 Operator/ Assistant Engineer to join our Renewables Division, specializing in security solutions for utility-scale solar farms across the UK.
This is a hands-on role that involves practical installation and maintenance of security systems on solar farms. You'll be checking equipment, laying cables, trenching, and working with a team to complete groundworks. There will be long hours, and tough conditions, but if you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team, this role is for you. Working away from home Monday to Friday most weeks will be required in this role.
Key requirements:
- Experience in groundworks and operating a 360 excavator (up to 10 tonnes)
- Competent with basic hand tools and driving 4x4 utility vehicles/towing trailers
- Full UK driving license
- Flexibility to work away from home as projects are UK-wide
- Happy to work away from home Monday to Friday most weeks

Pay: 26,000-35,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with overtime
