Executive Personal AssistantNorthamptonMonday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30Salary circa £35k+ DOEWe have partnered with a well-established local firm, that specialises in providing expert advice, representation, and support to businesses and clients. They are looking for a pro-active, professional and organised personal assistant to work exclusively alongside their CEO. Key Duties:
  • Provide operational support, working closely with the CEO and wider management team.
  • Provide accurate administrative support including a mixture of document drafting, accounts management, and people management duties, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Working with marketing and wider IT team on social media projects.
  • Arrangement and attending meetings, proactive minute taking and action reporting.
  • Effective diary management, arranging travel, accommodation and expenses.
  • Being a relied-on contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Group CEO, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Contract and document support, proof reading of confidential documentation, and note taking.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous PA/EA experience within a large/corporate organisation.
  • Pro-active and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Advanced Excel, word and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, positive and proactive.
  • Be both flexible and adaptable, adept at handling changing priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business and external clients.
  • Sound administration skills, ability to use Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to research, analyse and reason logically and effectively within tight and conflicting time frames.
  • Due to the remote location of the office, a driving licence would be beneficial.
