We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a client facing environment to join ourĀ Private Client Team.Ā This team acts forĀ a vast number of high net worth clients as well as numerous private family and charitable trusts.

BasedĀ in ourĀ Northampton Office, you will provide in-depth business support to the Partners and fee earners within the team. This role will see you working on a great variety of interesting tasks and would be well suited to someone with a flair for PA duties.Ā 

ā€¢Ā Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.

ā€¢Ā Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing.

ā€¢Ā Drafting and formatting of letters, documents and forms.

ā€¢Ā Being the first point of contact for clients.

ā€¢Ā Liaising directly with third parties such as banks, the Probate Registry and HMRC.

ā€¢Ā Administrative and business support for allocated fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible.

ā€¢Ā Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.

About The Candidate

ā€¢Ā An adaptable and personable telephone etiquette and experience of working in a client facing environment.

ā€¢Ā Proactive nature and excellentĀ attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

ā€¢Ā StrongĀ administration experienceĀ with a flair for PA duties.

ā€¢Ā Experience within a legal, medicalĀ or professional services environment; former experience within the Private Client sector would be extremely desirable.

ā€¢Ā Sound IT knowledge inĀ Microsoft Office, including Excel.
