This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that prides itself on craftsmanship and quality, producing high-end footwear for a global market.As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products are made to specification and delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:? Assembling and finishing footwear components to meet quality standards? Operating and maintaining machinery such as stitching machines, presses, and cutting tools? Handling leather and other materials with care and precision? Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet required specifications? Supporting different areas of production, including lasting, sole attaching, and finishing? Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines?
