We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance Department. This role will primarily involve financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive the strategic direction of our not for profit organisation.

Description
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate regular financial reports and provide commentary on financial performance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyse financial trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organisation to gather relevant data.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Contribute to the development of financial models and projections.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
