We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance Department. This role will primarily involve financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive the strategic direction of our not for profit organisation.

Description

  • Conduct financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Generate regular financial reports and provide commentary on financial performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyse financial trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organisation to gather relevant data.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
