Senior Financial Analyst - Northampton (hybrid) - £50,000 - £55,000pa
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team financial analysts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and create detailed reports using Power BI.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
