Salary:£24,000 per annum + industry-leading commission structure
A well-established business finance brokerage is looking for a Finance Broker to join their successful team in Northampton on a full-time, permanent basis. Full training will be provided, giving you the tools and support needed to succeed in this role.
With a realistic commission structure and an OTE of £70k+ in year one, this is a fantastic opportunity for a money-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities of a Finance Broker:
- Qualify leads and engage with potential clients.
- Outbound calls to businesses to offer tailored finance solutions.
- Communicate with clients via phone or in-person to discuss finance options.
- Work towards achievable weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Retain customers through service reviews and cross-selling finance products.
What We’re Looking For In The Next Finance Broker:
- Strong sales, account management, business development background or competitive background (experience in recruitment, insurance, estate agency, or B2B sales is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships.
- A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales success.
