This branch has earned national recognition, being the top performer in mortgage appointments and conversions last year. As a Mortgage Broker in Northampton, you’ll receive 10-12 fresh mortgage leads per week, offering a realistic chance to bank over £150,000 annually. With such high-quality leads, the earning potential exceeds £75,000, purely from leads provided by the branch.

Main Duties:

• Work closely with estate agents to receive 10-12 new mortgage appointments per week, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients in Northampton.
• Utilize access to an extensive existing client base, providing remortgage services and generating additional business through existing relationships.
• Write 2-3 mortgage cases weekly, with an average case size of £2,500, benefiting from a generous sliding commission structure that rewards high performance.
• Access a wide range of mortgage products, with hundreds of lenders at your disposal, alongside a robust panel of protection providers, ensuring you can offer clients tailored financial solutions.
• Handle property transactions with values reaching up to £650,000 in a competitive Northampton market, where approximately 120 properties are sold each month, providing a steady stream of business.

To thrive as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Northampton, candidates must possess:

• Previous experience in providing mortgage and protection advice, with a proven track record of success.
