Are you ready for the next step in your career? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio, lead audit engagements, and mentor a talented team, all while contributing to the success of a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Split your time between offices in Northampton and Leicester.
  • Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, acting as their primary contact.
  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Build strong client relationships, gaining insights into their businesses and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Mentor and support audit teams, fostering high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and quality control procedures.
  • Represent the firm at events and support its business development efforts.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent significant experience).
  • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of audit clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102/1a, IFRS, and ISAs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel between client sites and offices.
