Key Responsibilities- Split your time between offices in Northampton and Leicester.
- Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, acting as their primary contact.
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
- Build strong client relationships, gaining insights into their businesses and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Mentor and support audit teams, fostering high performance.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and quality control procedures.
- Represent the firm at events and support its business development efforts.
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent significant experience).
- Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of audit clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102/1a, IFRS, and ISAs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel between client sites and offices.
