Are you ready to take on a new and rewarding challenge? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Manager to lead a varied portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, corporates, and not-for-profits. In this role, you'll oversee audit engagements, foster strong client relationships, and mentor a talented team, all while ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Split your time between the Northampton and Leicester offices.
  • Manage a portfolio of audit clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Lead audit engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Mentor and guide audit teams, promoting high-performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and quality control procedures.
  • Represent the firm at events, promoting its services and building brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing an audit client portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102/1a, IFRS, and ISAs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and between offices (valid UK driving license required).
